In view of the more than somewhat negative reactions to my thoughts on Florida.
I would be remiss in mentioning the other dangers of the state.
Apart from getting shot as mentioned by Robert you also stand a very good chance of being struck by lightening we are the lighting capitol.
Stung by fire ants or in the water sting rays.
With the hurricane frequency getting higher (nothing to do with global warning we are told by the authorities just the waters getting warmer
strange that) you stand a good chance of having your home blowing away or boat destroyed together with yourself.
Scammed by every con artist around we have an edge on everyone on those too.
I am sure there is a lot of other disagreeable things I have not thought of.

In spite of these facts people are flocking here (Oh forgot over population)
especially from the UK and Europe house prices are such a deal to them.
Like everywhere else there are Good and Bad things it depends on the individual which outweighs the other'

Back to the ideal world of S&As where everything is un-complicated
and the good are good and the bad are not really awful and usually turn out good in the end.
Oh if only life was really like that.
Rob
