Dick's Pocket Book - rogue link?

Dick's Pocket Book is a veritable gold mine of treasures, but I can't fathom the connection between where the "NEW ARTHUR RANSOME BOOK" link actually leads to and AR. It's between "Covey Crump" and "Jollie's Cumberland Guide & Directory".

Is there a mechanism for reviewing what links are added to DBP?
