Surely, transatlantic shipping is going to add tremendously to your cost, no? Why not try an North American company? I have used this company in Maine: Bohndell, 207-236-3549. There must be hundreds of very well qualified sail makers in the US. I am happy to send along a number of other choices. It would certainly be worth getting other estimates. Those prices strike me as a bit high, but it's been a while since I've bought any sails.
