I bought sails for my gaff-rigged sloop, Bucephalus, about two years ago. Much bigger boat, three sails total, so the price isn't likely to be comparable, but these folks at Port Townsend Sails, in Washington State did a phenomenal job. http://www.porttownsendsails.com/ Sublime fit, perfect shape, exquisite details. Hand-stitched grommets, leathering, and boltropes, too. Pricy, but I'm thrilled with the quality.

And a note of support to JLabaree's previous post: The sails these replaced were by Bohndell, in Maine. Bohndell doesn't have anything like the quality of detailing the new sails have (in terms of hand finishing), but they lasted very, very well (17 years on the mainsail) and gave excellent service. They probably only cost about two-thirds what the PT Sails cost, too.

Good luck,
Alex
