Well no, of course life has its dark moments, but I discovered by trial and error that it's much easier to deal with whatever the storm brings by:
i) trying to understand the other chap's point of view
ii) not trying to control everything all of the time
iii) having a sense of humour
(iv) smiling occassionally.
I've yet to link the above into a coherent metaphysical and ethical conceptual framework, but as an empirical rule of thumb - it works! That's good enough for me.
I'm glad Tarboard has loosened up. Not so long people were scoring points off each other, if someone posted a typo.
