For those who saw this on BBC2 on last night will have seen examples of charcoal burning under an earth covering as per SA. There was even a wigwam.
Also there was an example of butter making in a slightly earlier style than Mary Swainson in SD.
Doubtless this series on 17/18th century farming will be out on DVD sometime.
