I like it!
Mind you I am one of those persons foolish enough to injure myself by dving into water which was too shallow. It didn't occur to me to sue the local commune who had improved the little river beach where the "accident" (can an act of stupidity be called an accident?) occurred. I wonder how I would have fared under French law? I expect I would have been prosecuted under some Napoleaonic law.
