When Ian introduced the Club Hut to the TarBoard pages on July 17, he spelled out exactly why he had created it. He also included clear directions on how TARS should contact him to be given the passwords. I followed them and had all necessary information the next day. I don't see any mystery about it.
As an overseas TARS, I appreciate the opportunity to indulge in administrative discussions without cluttering up the literary pages, and maybe compensating for the inevitable time-lag caused by overseas snail mail.
