Well AR started PD before SD. He actually anticpates PD at the very end of SA though as a 'ordinary story' rather than a 'story within a story'. He jumps a year from SA to SD just as if he originaly planned PD as a straight story, then had a change of mind, but forgot to adjust the year in SD.
