This is a simple truth table, based on and, or and not statements.

Once it is expressed in that format a computer could make the decision in 2 milliseconds. The difficulty for humans is the statement about the execution, it adds anxiety to the problem and makes it appear harder.


So if A is true and B is true then
A and B is also true.
if b is false then not b is true.

This type of logic is used in the programming language LISP all the time, makes programming easy.
