We have long used the word 'black' in the English language to denote 'evil' or 'darkness' or 'death' and other wholly negative concepts.

think there's something a bit Back to front about that argument - people were possibly characterised as being "black" or "white" for political reasons of subjugation - demonising using such imagery, when we are all various shades of pink and brown.

Perhaps best to ask/hope for people not to be refered to in such reductionist terms as black and white ?
