Except in Texas for government workers, who can belong to a Union, but it can not collectively bargain and you can not belong to it if it says it will ever strike. If a government employee strikes in Texas they are dismissed automatically.

I appreciate the differences in Right to Work concepts as you explain them, but the US is not a signatory to the ILO treaties and Texas has pushed the concept way past what you describe.

AR taught me ethical behaviour, I do not consider this type of behaviour ethical. That is the closest connection I can make.
