The last time I pushed a push mower as a teenager to mow a bent lawn it was QWERTY hard work. Grandad's lawn was 200 sq feet. I ended up bringing in my mower, then I bought him one so I did not have to transport mine into his place all the time.
Bent is a very easy grass to mow.
