Discover a rare "one eyed swamp newt" that only breeds on Polish Railway lines. I assume Polish railway lines are a badly drained as some Irish ones used to be.
Get the area declared as a "world heritage site" or the suburb of a "European City of culture", both easy enough to do nowadays or you can dream up your own fatuous title.
