Tim, I fear that, as with many things, if one simply appreciates the writings of the man
and loves the books, they are priced out of reach, now left mostly for those who appreciate
"a good investment" but (except when we go temporarily berserk) no longer within our (ready)
grasp. Oh, well -- at least this way the remaining ones are preserved.
