Gosh, how I agree with Ed about the music that inevitably accompanies dramatisations of AR! I am sick and tired of badly sung shanties and yo-ho-ho music, with tuneless accordions and whistles. The TARS videos are as bad.
Me, I'd scrap the yo-ho-ho stuff and commission the jazz pianist and arranger, Stan Tracey, to compose a score. He did one for Dylan Thomas's 'Under Milk Wood' and it is brilliant.
