Andyb asks about a bibliography of NZ writers for children. Tessa Duder drew our attention to two:
Betty Gilderdale, A Sea Change, 145 Years of NZ Junior Fiction, Longman Paul, Auckland, 1982.
Tom Fitzgibbon with Barbara Spiers, Beneath Southern Skies, NZ Children's Book Authors and Illustrators, Ashton Scholastic, Auckland, 1993.
Since it's over four years since her talk, there may be more by now.
