The article describing the original "Swallow" and the "Amazon"
which has been on John Kohnen's Nautical Pages for two years

For some time John will maintain the old location as well, or

As always I am interested in hearing from shipmates who
use sailing dinghies like the Swallow or Amazon.
For those who are following my boatbuilding, which has taken
on the velocity of a lead turtle, after two years the
"Swallowtail" is all done except for the rudder and
sailing rig. It could be rowed now but snow is visible
on the peaks here in Colorado and she may hit the
water next May.
