Its from the top of Coniston Old Man looking south east towards the south end of the lake. Half of Peel Island (I don't subscribe to the absolutist Peel = Wildcat dogma) lies at the extreme left side of the picture. It is close to the shore so it doesn't look like an island. However, you can see the rocky outcrops that form part of the secret harbour (I do agree that Peel Island is the home of the harbour).
