Bulldozerman is a long lost Tarboard veteran whose posts (under various disguises) enlivened debate on Tarboard in the early days of the Board. If TARS have appointed themselves as some sort of unofficial curator of The Dogs' Home the arrangement clearly isn't working. Go it Bulldozerman!
