Peter -

As for usage of true names, I'm all for it. One of the problems with this internet capability is that there is not accountability for stuff made available on the net. It has always been my practice to "sign" my contributions, not only with the first and last name, but also, my general location of "South Florida" so people know how my location might affect my point of view. I am who I say I am. Even my Email ID leaves no doubt, as I use the tag, "KISERED" which a wag once defined as being the Past Tense of the verb that means, "To Kiser something" whatever that verb signifies. So email and signature tells it all.

But let us not make this an item of contention.

What is comfortable for one may not be for others. To each his own.

And as for my "signature" that is soon to change. Moving to Cynthiana, Kentucky on the 18 of June to live next door to my daughter to get to know her kids (12 and 10) before they become impossible teens. I may be "off the air" from TARBOARD for a few days until I can get the computer unpacked and set up.

You better believe I will be taking the Ransome Files with me and my collections of those precious books. Maybe, with those grandchildren just next door... um... worth a try anyhow. Got to generate enough interest in Ransome so I can have someone to will my books to.

So my closing will become:

Ed Kiser, Kentucky
(gee, that looks wierd)

But until the 18th...

Ed Kiser, South Florida
