took me completely by surprise. Please be assured that I had no intention of implying anything negative about anyone. If my tone did imply any kind of subtext, I am really sorry.
I had no "hidden agenda" that I know of. I am simply curious, and being housebound in CA USA, have no way of doing any on-site research, such as interviewing someone face to face.
Also, I am interested in uncovering facts. I am a glutton for information and, being fairly new to TarBoard, probably ask about issues that may have become sensitive for some people. In this case, I thought I was merely indulging my inquisitive nature, knowing that VS was probably a wealth of detail about the area and about AR.
