Some browsers re-send a screen of information that has just been sent when you try and refresh the screen. The best way is to come out and go back in again. Do not try and do a screen refresh. I have fallen foul of this phenomenon as well
It is not just TARBOARD, I have had Peter's words of wisdom in Stereo as well on e-mails.
