Pam tells us:

"Of course, in the South, tea is usually iced and always sweet."

And it is flavored with a sprig, or just a leaf, of the MINT herb, crushed between the fingers and dropped into the tea. The Mint was of course grown in the herbal portion of the garden.

Others, without the access to the mint, use a squeeze of a portion cut from a real lemon.

But MILK? Please, no thank you.

To each, his own... It is good to be able to choose.
