Adam, I have had missing posts as well, but sometimes after the second attempt has been posted you find both showing up on the TARBOARD listing, and sometimes the first posting never shows up at all.
You have already said you refreshed your screen after posting, that is what caused the duplication of your submission. Do as I suggested and come out of TARBOARD and then go back in and you won't get the duplicate entries. When you refresh your browser after sending, your browser sends another copy of what you sent.
