Which loco on the RHDR are you referring to ? "Count Louis", the Basset-Lowke Atlantic formerly at Fairbourne was, I recall, built to the Count's order but he died before it was completed and so the loco was sold to Fairbourne (who were desperate at the time due to Heywood's "Katie" reaching the end of her working life).
