TARBOARD has indeed had a pattern for years of being active during the week and much less so on weekends, which led to the suspicion that the majority of postings/posters were coming from people at work or at least during work hours. There was a bit of a discussion about that a few years ago.
If you really want to see the pattern you have to take into account where the posters are as the board is truly worldwide in representation (it sort of whittles away at the edges of "weekend").
