I don't think I've ever eaten a pig's cheek- by itself, that is. They are probably important ingredients in hot dogs.
I have had chicken feet in dim sum (Chinese) restaurants.
The squirrel casserole sounds like something Ed Kiser's neighbors might eat. ("Want some squirrel cass'role, Earl?" "No, Betty Mae, Ah'm tarred of it.")
