The S&A DVD arrived today so at last I have a copy on its own (see my previous post about the coupling with The Railway Children).
It’s Region 2, no extras, no subtitles, but no irritating trailers at the start! I've had a quick look at the opening and a couple of scenes further on and the transfer to DVD seems very good, it doesn't say anywhere if it has been remastered.
The only odd thing is the cover which is repeated on the actual disc - a drawing based on the actors in the film, recognizable but I wonder why they didn't go for a film still as the old UK video had.
