Hi Mike - Liked your choices. I think that the perception of the D's as outsiders who are drawn into the more active world of the others is a super model for today. I have this Mentoring role with school leavers - a group I've never worked with before. I've been trying to teach them communication skills for the real world and other such stuff - and am suddenly very aware of a lack of role models for them. You make me put my thinking-cap on again to re-visit how else I might help them. Many thnaks for your post - Joe
