I couldn't say, but the 1974 Jonathan Cape is a reprint of a new edition, type reset, of 1958 (no mention of Steven Spurrier). Other correspondence has revealed quite a few publications from the mid sixties to the mid eighties illustrated by a Juliet Renny, but no biographical information has appeared.
