I thought P&S were definitely Coot Club members. They are on the fringe of the action, I think they deserve a bigger slice! But I agree with Peter, I don't like their (in fact, I think it's only Port who does it) mimicry of Mrs McGinty.
And I know they're very close to their father, but to miss all the fun because they have to race Flash for him? Seems very unfair.
