Who were the other children based on?

There is a compelling amount of evidence for the Swallows being based on the Altounyans. There is some evidence for the Amozons being based on the Smith sisters. Are there similar "real-life" subjects for the other characters e.g. the D.'s, The Eels, etc.? (And, just for curiosity, who was Mrs Blackett based on?)
