I think that the Women's Hour programmes are published in audio form on the BBC website, so they should be accessible to everyone (I guess on the day they are broadcast?).

They're available on the day (listen live) and for the following week. You used to need RealAudio to listen but I believe they now also support Windows Media.

All BBC radio programmes are available this way via the BBC Radio Player.
