I haven't read Abbey Girls or Chalet School and will have to add them to my read list. I was raised on the Bobbsey Twins, with two sets of fraternal twins- Nan and Bert, and Freddie and Flossie. Mine were mostly the early ones- and at least one had a WH setting, with ice boats. (Maybe the first- it's been too long)
