That was the way I meant it. Tree houses are great, but try to find someone who wants to actually build and live in one is another story, nowadays! There are several great books out there on all kinds of creative exotic Tree Houses!
CHANGE of any kind is the big bugaboo to lots of folks - even Saving the Planet is horrible CHANGE to those same people. I think Mr. Ransome made this absolutely clear in his stories.
