Okay faults to guard against:
meeting the oar and rowing deep at the finish
Finishing stroke with biceps rather than shoulders- sticky outy elbows
faulty grasp of oar
over-reaching with shoulders
screwing around because of overusing one side
underwater feathering
uneven forward swing
faulty time
not rowing stroke home
swinging across the boat
fouling the water in going forward
bending the arms too soon
clipping the water
