In comparing the two editions of BS I have, one being a Jonathan Cape hardback reprinted 1995, and the other being a Godine paperback second printing 2005 (published in Canada), both showing what appears to be IDENTICAL maps with neither showing the RD Inn. These two printings seem to be made from identical plates, with the page numbers the same, and the little drawings the same throughout.
