I have had a look at the current UK paperbacks (Random House) of CC and BS. Both have the correct AR maps, except that that are only in black-and-white. They aren't endpapers, but a double-page spread near the front of the book (Northern Rivers) and the back (Southern Rivers, CC only).
The Roaring Donkey is in BS only.
