About 15 years ago, Canada's Globe and Mail newspaper ran a cartoon strip in its opinion section. It was about what I can best describe as London's City Bankers, who were in the first three sections, going about their endeavors in what appeared in a businesslike way. It was only in the fourth section of the strip that the truth came out: they were only in it for themselves, and were completely cynical.

Does anyone know anything about this cartoon strip, et cetera.
