In Britain at least I'd have thought there was only one way to pronouce Callum - KAL - UM. The 'A'being pronounced as 'bat' and not as in 'ball' and 'UM' as in 'MUM'. Callum is more common as a first name and can also be spelt with one L. As used in surname, McCallum (ie 'Son of Callum') is much more common. For those of us of doddery years, you might remember actor David McCallum was in a TV series The Man from U.N.C.L.E with Robert Vaughan.
