I encountered that horrid throb of too much bass from a boat here in Washington State, too, a couple days back. Ugh. The way they were racing around, I was certainly hoping for a Hullaballoo-esque end for them, perhaps on one of the old pilings around the shore. What would Nancy have been like had she gone into the Coast Guard? Unsympathetic to such types, I like to fantasize. Keel hauling comes to mind as an appropriate penalty.
