I believe that Dave Sewart is involved with AR's literary executors.
He is one of them - the other active one is Christina Hardyment.
I don't know whether he got the text from the AR papers, but I would hazard a guess that AR must have had a lot of letters from people like us pointing out the anomaly.
(BTW, although I give my e-mail address above, I am having appalling trouble with it at present. My ISP has locked me out for most of the last fortnight, and I am trying in vain to get them to take an interest in the problem.)
