Not all the internal links work, but if you click on a link
and get a 'Page not found 404' error, simply replace the -
"www" on the error page address line with "archive"
leaving the rest of the address EXACTLY AS IT IS and
hit 'RETURN'.

In this way I navigated to this gem by AR himself.
"SWALLOWS AND AMAZONS" HOW IT CAME TO
BE WRITTEN' which is the piece that I was referring
to (and tried in vain to link to!) in my post 28425. See
footnote (1).

Three Million Cheers to whoever is responsible for
saving all of this stuff. It is absolutely priceless!
