Yes, Jim Brading (WD) though based on Jim Clay according to website. Jim tells them after waking up at the table that he left Rugby last term.

But I wondered whether John was old enough to go to Rugby: when he says about possibly getting into the first fifteen (WH) it seemed to me that he would be one of the older boys at a preparatory (?) school rather than a junior at Rugby or some other public school so unlikely to be thinking about the first fifteen ie the top team!

The same would apply to Dick who is counted among the younger ones – as is Dot though she thinks that she is not much younger than Peggy or Susan. Dick was in the “under 11” class for swimming says Dot (?) in CC (?): Men under 11, no, boys under 11, but “everyone had understood”.
