In my son's recent copy of the hardback several pictures are in quite the "wrong" place - the picture of John seeing Daddy on the ferry steamer, the picture of GOBLIN in the lock and the picture of GOBLIN alongside in Flushing, to name but three.

Are they in the wrong places in your 1937 edition?

I have a 1948 JC edition, and they are in exactly the right places, on pages 265, 281 and 285 respectively. Where are they in the new one?
