As a retired English teacher, I can't resist putting in my two cents worth. "In the end, consistent negative feedback works well." Negative is the adjective that modifies the noun feedback, and while consistent is an adjective too, it means that the negative feedback is consistent. If you put a comma after consistent, wouldn't that imply that the feedback only is consistent without being negative? Open to suggestions and contradictions.
