Perhaps an AR blog is in order ... a funny thing happened to me on my way to Tarboard....

Well, of course, we do have an AR blog, or rather a repository. And it's about as exciting as a parish magazine. When I started this little venture I was looking forward to something exciting, witty, dynamic. But it was not to be. All the fun that's to be had is taking place on TarBoard. The exception is an excellent article by Laurence Monkhouse on all the meals that he and his party enjoyed on a journey down the Thames in a steam launch.

Amazingly, the comments facility has developed a life of its own and has charged off on a tangent! The only article to have generated any comments was the very first, Iain Hobb's account of the Hobbsian Hypothesis Beckfoot Found, however lacking a blog of their own the comments are mostly from old boys of Huyton Hill.

(Huyton Hill was the name off the boarding school that took over Pull Wood from George Pattinson who in turn purchased the the house and estate from the Crossley family.)
