Weary Dunlop was one of Australia's most famous Surgeons. The capital S is intentional as he took his professional duties to the highest ethical levels. Weary once said that engineers had done more for medicine than all the doctors in the world.

I look at this way:

1. I can donate $20.00 to some Mickey Mouse welfare outfit and they will buy you water in an emergency.
2. I can donate $20.00 to Oxfam and they will teach your community to develop clean water. With clean water your infant mortality falls dramatically. Hence the world's current population problem.

Plumbing is an ever present fact of life. Some of us spend a lot of time thinking about it. At the moment I am looking at how to protect water supplies for town's from sabotage. I some circles you would get into a lot of trouble for saying you were looking for a poison that was:
1. odourless
2. tasteless
3. toxic at very low levels
4. easy to make
5. dissolves in water

But, on Tarboard you are merely one of the boys. Von Neumann and Nash were boys once.
