I heard the reports and imagined something similar to what has happened in Essex, my jaw dropped when I saw the map. The plan seems rather defeatist given that the sea wall hasn't been breached for 50 years. Horsey and Hickling are magical landscapes but I can't see them being abandoned ahead of some major floods.
